Benefits Solution Specialist

What would you do all day?

  • Provide a memorable customer experience with every customer contact, ensuring the professional handling of every service request
  • Review and analyze summary plan descriptions, work with clients, brokers, and benefit carriers to configure timely and accurate setup of benefits
  • Work with client on configuring and planning open enrollment, qualifying event changes and new hire benefits enrollment wizard
  • Work with clients to setup and test system benefits configuration
  • Solve complex problems, drive change, and implement solutions
  • Maintain knowledge of new functionality of our software and HR legal and compliance changes

It's essential that you have:

  • 2 or more years of experience supporting or implementing HRIS, Benefits Administration software solutions or software consulting
  • Strong technical problem solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex application issues
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers and internal resources
  • Ability to generate a sense of urgency and rally appropriate teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on tone, structure, grammar, and spelling in English

It would be great, but not required, if you hold any of the following:

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
