Full-Stack Software Engineer Intern

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer Intern on our Engineering Team at DATIS your role is to learn our tech stack, MEAN and AWS, and contribute to the development of e3, our HCM and Payroll platform. 

As a paid intern you'll have the opportunity to gain practical engineering experience with a fast-paced SaaS company. High-performing interns will have a path to a full-time, permanent role as a Full-Stack Engineer at DATIS. 

How you'll make an impact:

  • Explore and integrate new and existing AWS offerings like Lambdas, S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway etc. 
  • Learn a wide variety of databases and warehouses (SQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, S3 Buckets, Redshift)
  • Manage and build Microservices for our Serverless application
  • Explore both iOS and Android native application development
  • Integrate and stay up to date with the newest languages and frameworks like HTML5, TypeScript, Angular9, NestJS, Bootstrap4, npm, etc.
  • Plan and build colorful exciting new UI features ensuring a delightful user experience for clients 
  • Become proficient in Git to integrate new code into our application
  • Practice Agile development to plan, develop, test, and release new features
  • Participate in "Lunch and Learn" events with your peers to learn and discuss new technology 
  • Gain functional business experience and knowledge through our banking and HR software
