HRIS Solution Specialist

Are you ready to take your knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Benefits Administration and solve customer issues? 

Our Solution Specialist team members are self-starters who are eager to deliver superior customer service of our proprietary, comprehensive HR solution, e3, to our customers. The role will require frequent and direct customer interaction. You will be joining a team that ensures our customers are getting the most out of e3. The right candidate will have an aptitude for learning HR software solutions, a passion for service, and problem-solving ability.

This is not a role answering questions - it's about digging in, thinking critically, and coming up with solutions to a variety of time sensitive, operational critical issues for our customers. 

What would you do all day?

  • Be an e3 champion, maintaining knowledge of existing and new functionality and compliance changes
  • Manage a queue of HR, Payroll and Benefits Administration cases, prioritizing issues based on severity and customer impact
  • Provide a memorable customer experience with every contact, ensuring the professional handling of every service request
  • Provide telephone and email support to internal and external customers 
  • Solve complex problems, drive change, and implement solutions
  • Handle sensitive customer issues
  • Work with your peers and our Technical Developers to identify solutions or workarounds
  • Perform efficient incident management while maintaining support quotas 

It's essential that you have:

  • 2 years' experience supporting or implementing HRIS, Payroll or Benefits Administration software solutions 
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex application issues
  • collaborate and build strong relationships with customers and internal partners
  • Ability to generate a sense of urgency and engage appropriate teams
  • Skills to manage urgent issues to resolution in tight timeframes and conflicting/competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on tone, structure, grammar, and spelling in English

It's preferred you have:

  • Experience working with SaaS software delivery and support 
  • Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
