What would you do all day?

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the marketing technology portfolio including Pardot, Salesforce, UberFlip, and 6Sense to organize data, execute strategic campaigns, and create relevant reports that track and measure the success of our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy while enabling Sales with the insights they need to target the right accounts, with the right messaging, at the right time.

  • Support and maintain current marketing tech stack while keeping an eye on trends and best practices, recommending new solutions and strategies to marketing team as necessary to help drive increased efficiency
  • Develop and execute processes to ensure data and process integrity of systems that support key sales and marketing campaigns
  • Leverage marketing performance data to provide recommendations on optimization for sales enablement
  • Consistently promote the adoption and utilization of current tech stack to for problem solving and increasing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Deliver change management and communications for technology implementation and best-practice process re-engineering within Marketing and Sales
  • Define strategic agenda for marketing data management to ensure accuracy and quality for sales outreach
  • Work with Sales, Service, and other departments to develop and maintain a broader data management strategy within Salesforce (CRM) and Pardot (MAS)
  • Establish ongoing coordination between Sales and Marketing and ensure visibility into data and optimize campaigns to support Sales outreach and opportunity creation
  • Develop and maintain performance management reporting to measure impact of Account-Based Marketing strategies on revenue growth

It's essential that you have:

  • 3 years of marketing technology experience in an operations or digital marketing role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or comparable
  • Advanced understanding of B2B marketing concepts, practices, and procedures, specific experience with Account-Based Marketing preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results by leveraging your technology expertise
  • Experience with lead and database management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
  • Ability to organize projects in a systematic way to establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-team environment
  • Strong desire to learn with insatiable curiosity and optimistic attitude
  • Excellent communication skills

It's preferred you have:

  • Salesforce Admin Certification or comparable relevant experience
  • Pardot Specialist Certification or comparable MAS certification/experience
  • Prior work experience within the B2B SaaS space
  • Experience supporting and tracking Account-Based Marketing strategies
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and their respective pressures on the marketing function to drive demand and revenue
  • Knowledge of web advertising strategies including IP/Domain targeting, website retargeting, dynamic content, and experience building and tracking such campaigns
  • Experience implementing lead and database management best-practices
