What would you do all day?

• Provide a memorable customer experience with every customer contact, ensuring the professional handling of every service request
• Identify and document problems, trends and bugs to determine root cause and recommend solutions to eliminate the same problem in the future
• Assist Associates in explaining complex tax questions/edits to clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax issues for federal and local taxing authorities
• Solve complex problems, drive change, and implement solutions
• Maintain knowledge of new functionality of our software and HR legal and compliance changes

It's essential that you have:

• 2 or more years of experience supporting or implementing HRIS, Payroll and Benefits Administration software solutions or software consulting and deployment experience
• Strong technical problem solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex application issues
• Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers and internal resources
• Ability to generate a sense of urgency and rally appropriate teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on tone, structure, grammar, and spelling in English

It would be great, but not required, if you hold any of the following:

• CPA firm experience helpful
• Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
